Frequently Asked Questions about ENGAGE 2020 and the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We understand the ENGAGE experience is an important part of your professional development and networking each year. We want our members and customers to connect and learn in a meaningful way, but the safety of our conference attendees, staff, speakers and exhibitors/sponsors is our priority. Considering the seriousness of the coronavirus pandemic and our concern for all involved, we’ve made the decision to postpone ENGAGE 2020 in Las Vegas this June. It was not an easy decision to postpone and one we didn’t take lightly. We will continue to provide more details about the changes to ENGAGE as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

What if you change the date or the format, and I choose not to attend?

We want to assure you that we’re focused on doing what’s best for our customers and the ENGAGE community during this unprecedented time. Specific details on the smoothest process for transfers, credits and refunds are being determined. We will share all the details when available.

Can I put this year’s ENGAGE registration fee towards ENGAGE 2021 if I’m unable to attend or choose not to attend?

Do I have to move my hotel reservation if you move the date?

No, if your hotel reservation was booked through the official AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE block at Aria or Park MGM, the reservation will be automatically canceled and a refund (if applicable) will be issued to the credit card on file.
