Kristin oversees ACM LLP's finances and operations for all four offices. She handles all aspects of reporting and analysis, partner fiscal matters, billing, payroll, insurance policies, licensures, legal requirements, and compliance. She is the go-to person for any firm-related financial and economic questions, and helps managers, directors, and partners with the business aspects of their individual practices. As part of the firm’s operations team, she helps ensure that administrative functions – from software and processes, to staffing and communications – run like clockwork so our technical staff can focus on billable work. She strives to make ACM a better place to work by finding new ways to create efficiencies, facilitate better communication, build stronger teams, and achieve a more cohesive working environment between offices and departments. Kristin is committed to serving our community and industry.
Through her leadership in The CPA Firm Management Association (CPAFMA), she helps shape best practices for firm management and guide the annual speaker series. In collaboration with the Mountain States Employers Council and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, she created and led the salary survey for Denver Metro firms in 2016. Her dedication and commitment have not gone unnoticed: In 2018, Kristin was honored with the Women To Watch Emerging Leader award from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee and the CPAFMA Emerging Leader of the Year award. Kristin’s qualifications include: Bachelor of Art, Accounting University of Wyoming; Master of Science, Accounting, University of Denver; Public Accounting Firm Manager; Certified Public Accountant Professional affiliations; The CPA Firm Management Association, Chapter President; American Institute for Certified Public Accountants; Association for Accounting Administration; and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
