His experience encompasses commercial, services, contract and account management, operations, collections, risk management, transportation, supply chain/logistics, reliability, manufacturing in industries including: energy, oil & gas, call centers, automotive, R&D, security, and electronics. With Jim’s diverse background, he has led, trained and mentored more than 1,000 professionals throughout Asia, Europe and the US, and has overseen the implementation of over 1,000 projects. He has developed deployment programs, training materials and facilitated teams through the practical application of many methodologies and processes, including the Change Acceleration Process (CAP), new product development, voice-of-the-customer, supply chain management, balanced scorecard, maturity models, Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma and TRIZ (the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving).
