After six years as an audit manager, Jay transitioned into a director role with one of the world’s largest executive recruitment and strategic staffing firms. Human resource professionals and executives engaged Jay to evaluate the effectiveness of their organizational structure, identify resource gaps, and to recruit top talent for key positions.
At DHG, Jay matches the needs of prospective and existing clients to the skills of DHG's partners and professional staff. He works closely with the firm’s industry leaders and subject matter resources to provide valuable, relevant, and timely advice to clients, and to create exceptional client experiences. Jay is also responsible for expanding DHG’s client base and brand throughout the South region of the firm.
