Ride the next wave of connection at our ENGAGE Smart Match Kickoff Happy Hour on Sunday evening. This casual, AI-powered networking mixer helps you meet fellow attendees who share your professional focus areas and personal interests before our sessions begin.

All attendees are welcome! Simply sign up through the Attendee Portal opening in April (exact date coming soon) and complete a brief questionnaire to be matched with your peers. Enjoy complimentary beverages, light snacks, and a head start on building meaningful connections as you dive into this year’s event.

Catch the momentum and Ride the Wave with the ENGAGE26 Step Challenge! Track your steps, stay active, and see how far the tide takes you. Every step moves you closer to better health—and a little friendly competition along the way. Hit your Challenge Goals, climb the leaderboard, and earn chances to win prizes.

The Step Challenge kicks off Monday, June 8 at 12:01 am PDT and wraps up Thursday, June 11 at 4:00 pm PT.

We’ll be sharing the ENGAGE26 Step Challenge website soon, where you’ll find official rules, prize details, QR code locations, and instructions to download the app. Be sure to download the app by June 3 to earn an extra 1,000 bonus points before the challenge even begins!

Zen Room

Step away from the energy of the conference and recharge in the Zen Room, a peaceful space designed for relaxation and mindfulness. Settle into a quiet, calming environment where you can take a break, breathe deeply, and reset before your next session.

Join us daily for guided meditation sessions offering a moment to clear your mind, regain focus, and restore balance during the day. Stop in for a quiet moment, the Zen Room is here to help you recharge and return to the conference feeling refreshed and re-energized.

Yoga Class

Start your day by reconnecting your mind and body with a guided yoga session led by Amy Vetter with the B3 Method Institute. Known for blending mindfulness with professional performance, Amy will guide attendees through gentle movement, breathing, and intention-setting to help you feel centered and energized before the day begins.

This welcoming, all-levels session focuses on improving flexibility, reducing stress, and creating space for clarity and focus, so you can head into the day’s learning and connections feeling balanced and refreshed.

Self-Defense Seminar

Kickstart your morning with Jeff Cook, a 4th degree black belt in Uechi-Ryu (Okinawan) Karate, for a high-energy session focused on awareness, confidence, and practical self-defense. Jeff will demonstrate simple, real-world techniques designed to help you stay alert, recognize potential risks, and respond effectively in everyday situations.

Through interactive instruction and hands-on learning, you’ll gain useful skills that strengthen awareness and build confidence. Open to all levels, this engaging session is a powerful way to start the day feeling strong, capable, and ready for whatever comes next.

Run/Walk

Lace up your shoes and join Jennifer Wilson of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, Alexandria Romero of Galasso Learning Solutions, and Lexi Weber of AICPA for a morning walk or run at the AICPA ENGAGE 2026 Conference! Meet us in the lobby entrance inside Aria on June 9th and 10th at 5:55 AM for a 6:00 AM start time.

The walk/run will be approximately 45-50 minutes or ~4 miles if you’re a runner – it will be an “out and back,” so you decide your own distance and pace. All are welcome for this fun opportunity to exercise and connect with other AICPA ENGAGE Conference attendees. Be sure to bring your water and dress for the weather, which will likely be hot! See you at 5:55 AM on June 9 and 10!

Zumba

Get ready to move, smile, and start the day with energy! Join Nicole DeRosa, SKC & Co CPAs, for a lively Zumba session set to upbeat international music.

This fun, interval-style dance workout blends low- and high-intensity moves inspired by rhythms like salsa, cumbia, merengue, and reggaeton to get your heart pumping and your mood lifted. No partner or dance experience needed, just bring your energy and jump in. It’s the perfect way to wake up, shake things up, and kick off the day with a fitness party!

Morning Tai Chi

Start the day with a sense of calm and balance during this gentle Tai Chi session. Through slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing, you’ll release tension, sharpen your focus, and gradually awaken your body for the day ahead.

This ancient practice is known for promoting relaxation, clarity, and steady energy, making it the perfect way to ease into the morning. No experience needed—just come ready to breathe, move, and enjoy the moment.
