Yes, you can attend sessions from any ENGAGE focus area during the days designated by your attendance pass.

Pre-conference workshops are June 6–7. The main conference is June 8–11.

Advanced Estate Planning, Advanced Accounting and Auditing and Advanced Personal Financial Planning sessions will take place Monday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 10.

EDGE, Tax Strategies, Practitioners and TECH+ and Finance Transformation sessions will take place Tuesday, June 9 through Thursday, June 11.

When can I save on ENGAGE 2020?

ENGAGE offers a $150 Super Early Bird discount until Feb. 3, 2020.

Even after that, still can save $100 until May 4, 2020, with the early-bird discount.

Holders of a CITP or PFS credential or the CGMA designation, as well as members of PCPS, the Tax Section and the PFP Section, save an additional $100.

AICPA members get a $400 discount.

We also offer group rates. See below.

The All Access Pass is our VIP-est attendance option. This pass includes four days of content — and it’s the only way to access our half-day workshops.

You also get the flexibility to attend your sessions on-site or online.

Have more than two people you want to bring? We offer group discounts to organizations that register three or more individuals.

ENGAGE On-Site/All-Access Pass: You may cancel without penalty if the cancellation request is received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference (4/22/2020). Due to financial obligations incurred by the AICPA, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference (5/19/2020). No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.

ENGAGE Online: You may cancel and receive a refund if the cancellation request is received up to and including 15 days prior to the start of the conference (5/24/2020). You can cancel and receive a 100% credit if your registration is canceled within seven days of the start of the conference (6/1/2020). Due to financial obligations incurred by the AICPA, a 60% credit will be issued for requests received up to the day prior to the start of the conference (6/7/2020). No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once the online conference begins (6/7/2020).

Yes, 4 to 6 weeks after the event, you will receive session recordings of all ENGAGE sessions except pre-event workshops.

How to attend

Pre-conference workshops start June 6 and are available only to those attending the conference in person. All half-day workshops are included in All Access Pass. More information is coming soon!

You can register guests when you register for the main conference and afterward. More information is coming in January 2020.

Our livestream offers audio and video sessions, remote networking through polls and chat rooms, opportunity for questions and access to handouts and slides, just as if you were there on-site.

Keynotes that are specific to one focus area

Early-morning sessions offering CPE

Lunch-time sessions designed to be working sessions, led by thought leaders — Attendees can earn CPE.

A Lab is an educational area where you can earn CPE.

A Zone is an educational area with no CPE offered for attendance

A Connection Zone is an educational area (with no CPE offered for attendance) or networking area where attendees can meet, connect and network with peers from their focus area or others.

Exhibitors and sponsorships

Exhibitor — Organization that purchases the booth-only package, which includes the 10x10 booth space (a skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket); two badges with CPE credit; company listing in the on-site program; and company profile on the mobile app.

Sponsor — Organization that contributes to the cost of a networking event, a material item or signage, in exchange for visibility and brand awareness with their company name/logo in front of many attendees at once (such as tote bag sponsor, signature drink sponsor, breakfast sponsor, TECH Demo sponsor or lanyard sponsor).

Premium Booth Location — 10’x10’ booth near entrance, on corner or near networking areas in the exhibit hall.

Standard Booth Location — 10’x10’ booth in the middle of an aisle in the exhibit hall.

Main conference badge — Badge with CPE credit for main conference that includes all public food and beverage functions alongside attendees

Expo-only badge — Badge for Exhibit Hall only that does not qualify for CPE credit but includes all public food and beverage functions alongside attendees.

Exhibit Hall — Located in Pinyon & Bristlecone Ballrooms, where vendors display products and services and connect with attendees during refreshment breaks and networking receptions.

Education lab — Located in the exhibit hall during scheduled refreshment breaks, sponsored TED-talk style 25-minute livestreamed presentations, eligible for half of a CPE credit.

TECH Demo — Located in the exhibit hall during scheduled refreshment breaks, a 25-minute sponsored showcase or demonstration of a sponsor’s product or service with no CPE credit.

A 50-minute sponsored breakout session located in the conference rooms next to the exhibit hall area — It is a presentation on an educational topic, eligible for 1 CPE credit.

Similar to a poster, a cling is artwork that is adhered to glass or a wall.

Exhibitor Happy Hour — A casual get-together of exhibitors and staff on Sunday at 4pm in the exhibit hall with appetizers and adult beverages.

Exhibitor Dashboard — A one-stop shop website created for exhibitors and sponsors, encompassing all resource material, due dates, badge registration, company listings, booth selection, logo uploads, etc.

Travel and Hotel

The ENGAGE main hotel block is at ARIA Resort & Casino. All sessions and the exhibit hall will be at ARIA except for the keynote sessions. The keynote sessions will be at the Park MGM. ENGAGE has a small block of hotel rooms at the Park MGM. If you would like to stay at the Park MGM, go here while rooms last.
