*Please note that Event Fees are only applicable to your meeting and do not include registration fees. If you wish to attend AICPA ENGAGE 2020 you must register and pay separately.
Space Assignment Information
Meeting space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date the application is received. Space assignments will be confirmed via email by AICPA, along with a payment link for the event fee. Please note that space is not confirmed until payment is received.
Food and Beverage
After meeting space is confirmed and payment has been received by AICPA, you may contact the ARIA to make further arrangements for food and beverage & Audiovisual needs. Please note a food and beverage minimum may apply as well as set-up fees to your meeting. All arrangements for food and beverage & AV (including billing) should be made directly with the ARIA and not through the AICPA.
