Meeting Services

Space Assignment Information
Meeting space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date the application is received. Space assignments will be confirmed via email by AICPA, along with a payment link for the event fee. Please note that space is not confirmed until payment is received.

Food and Beverage
After meeting space is confirmed and payment has been received by AICPA, you may contact the MGM Grand to make further arrangements for food and beverage needs. Please note a food and beverage minimum may apply as well as set-up fees to your meeting. Audiovisual Needs
Encore Event Technologies is the official audiovisual company for the MGM Grand and Engage 2018 Conference. Their services will be available for your meeting. Meeting Suites/Hospitality Suites in the Exhibit Hall
