Most people require little to no tax concerns reguarding their estate plan and the very wealthy require estate tax planning. However, tax planning can be very difficult for those in the middle - the mass affluent. These taxpayers, our client base, have many difficult decisions to make regarding elections and the appropriate disposition of assets. These decisions are further complicated by speculative concerns such as future investment performance and possible changes to the law.
